How to store safety ropes for aerial work

The rope skin of the safety rope for high-altitude operation is made of polyester material with precise weaving and unique anti-skid texture design. It can well protect the inner core of the rope during operation, with high wear resistance and high strength, and prolong the service life of the rope. The inner core is made of high-strength nylon and refined by multiple strands of inner core. Each share has high tensile force, which makes the security more assured. High altitude rope skin is exquisite, soft and moderate, mechanical braiding, superior performance, durable corrosion resistance, anti-aging, simple operation.

Wash the general fire safety rope with the aqueous solution of neutral detergent, wipe it with clean cloth and hang it to dry. Do not accelerate the drying speed by heating. Excessive accumulation of dust, oil or other foreign substances may hinder the function of the general fire safety rope and weaken the strength of the general fire safety rope in serious cases.

Store the safety ropes for high-altitude operation in a cool, dry and clean place without direct sunlight. Avoid placing in areas with hot gas, water vapor, sunlight, oil and chemicals (or other gases) or other areas that may damage components. Damaged parts or parts requiring maintenance cannot be put together with serviceable parts; General fire safety ropes with heavy stains and moisture should be properly maintained (such as drying and cleaning) before storage. The general fire safety rope that has been stored for a long time before use should be formally inspected by the staff first.

If the safety rope reaches one of the following conditions, it shall be scrapped: ① the outer layer is damaged in a large area or the rope core is exposed; ② Continuously use (participate in rescue missions) for more than 300 times (including); ③ The outer layer is stained with oil stains and flammable chemical residues that cannot be removed for a long time, which affects the service performance; ④ The inner layer (stressed layer) is seriously damaged and cannot be repaired; ⑤ More than 5 years of service.
