1、 Test and check before use. For the sake of safety, the anti falling device must be checked and tested before use. The test steps are as follows: pull out the safety rope of the fall arrester at the normal speed, and then suddenly accelerate the speed. If the fall arrester can brake quickly, the fall arrester can work normally. In addition, the safety rope of the fall protector can be retracted automatically, otherwise the fall protector cannot be used normally.
Second, the operation tilt angle is limited during use. Under normal circumstances, the hanging point above the fall arrester and the end operation point shall be on the same vertical horizontal line. If you can't do it, the angle between the two can't be greater than 30 degrees.
Third, no maintenance after use! The anti falling device is an integrated assembly design, and has been strictly tested before leaving the factory, so it is a maintenance free product. In case of damage, do not disassemble and maintain by yourself. In addition, since the fall arrester is a metal product, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry environment to prevent rust and foreign matters from entering the fuselage.
