The safety rope of the fall protector is made of nylon with high strength and good wear resistance. The surface of the fall arrester is sprayed with water-based hammer paint, which is not only beautiful in color, but also green and environmental protection. The appearance of the fall arrester (including the exit position of the safety rope) shall be smooth without burrs and sharp edges. The structure shall be intact. The top of the fall arrester shall be equipped with a device connected with the hanging point, usually a large stainless steel hook, and the lower end shall be equipped with a device connected with heavy objects or operators.

Whether it is the webbing type fall protector or the steel wire rope fall protector, it is a problem often encountered by customers. What is the reason why the safety rope cannot shrink normally? The main reason why the safety rope cannot shrink is that there is a problem with the steel belt of the fall protector. First, the use of the fall protector for too long has greatly weakened the elasticity of the steel belt, and the safety rope cannot shrink completely with the help of the elasticity of the steel belt; The second is improper use. After the fall arrester is used, the safety rope of the fall arrester is not fully retracted in time, which also leads to steel belt fatigue. Third, the steel belt inside the fall arrester is broken. In this case, the safety rope can not shrink at all. In case of the above three situations, the anti falling device can only be returned to the factory for maintenance.

Preventive measures: in order to prevent this situation of the fall arrester, first, after the fall arrester is used, the safety rope shall be fully retracted in time to avoid the continuous tension of the steel belt. Second, in the process of use, try to avoid exceeding the bearing range of the fall arrester.
