Use method of rescue tripod

The rescue tripod is divided into three models, 180 kg, 300 kg and 450 kg. The three rescue tripods bear different loads and have different self weights. Although the standard bearing capacity is divided into the above three models, the actual bearing capacity cannot be reached, and all small light equipment cannot be fully loaded. The rescue tripod (wellhead exploratory hole support) is made of aluminum alloy. The overall weight is relatively light and the handling is relatively convenient. Users are very happy to accept that the equipment that can be carried by one person will be easier to use. The system combines tripod and winch, which is suitable for confined space perpendicular to the ground, and can carry out lifting, fall protection and emergency rescue. The tripod is easy to install, can be completed by one worker, and the transportation is simple.

The rescue tripod looks very light, but it has strong load-bearing capacity and safety factor. It has self-locking devices for rising and falling, which can easily lift people up and down. The larger load of common models of electric winch is 200kg, the larger load of common manual winch is 160kg, and the sling length is ≤ 500mm.

Usage of rescue tripod: 1 Take out the tripod and unfold it according to the required height; 2. Check whether the retracted bolt at the top of the support is locked safely; 3. Take out the stainless steel chain in the accessory box, pass through the bottom of each fixed foot of the support, and adjust the length as needed; 4. Take out the manual winch and winch fixing bolt in the accessory box and lock them on one foot of the support. The manual winch gear faces the inside of the support and the sling outlet faces upward; 5. Take out the rocker in the accessory box and install it on the winch; 6. Shake the winch and pull out the sling to make it pass through the pulley in the center of the support; 7. After the tripod is installed, the rescue personnel shall wear the rescue sling and the operator shall slowly lower it to the rescue site.
