Various types of seat belts

Safety belt is a protective equipment to prevent high-altitude operators from falling. Because the higher the falling height, the greater the impact force. Therefore, the safety belt must have the following two basic conditions: (1) it must have sufficient strength to bear the impact force when the human body falls; (2) It can prevent the human body from falling to a certain limit that can cause injury (that is, it should be able to pick up the human body before this limit and stop falling). This condition needs to be explained again that when the human body falls down from a height, if it exceeds a certain limit, even if the human body is pulled by the safety belt, it will also cause internal organs injury and death due to too much impact. Therefore, the length of the safety belt should not be too long, and there should be a certain limit.

The parallel rope in the safety belt is used to move the rope horizontally on the steel frame. Small elongation and high sliding rate are required. Generally, steel wire rope injection molding is adopted to facilitate the easy movement of the hook on the rope. Safety belt is widely used in the installation of steel frame in thermal power engineering and the installation and maintenance of steel structure engineering. The steel wire inner core of the safety belt is 9.3mm and 11mm, and the outer diameter after injection molding is 11mm or 13mm.

The fire rope in the safety belt is used for high-rise escape. There are two kinds of weaving and twisting, which are required to be strong, light and beautiful. The rope diameter is 14mm-16mm, one buckle and safety card lock. The tensile strength meets the national standard. The length of the safety belt is customized according to user requirements. It is widely used in modern high-rise and small high-rise buildings.

The vertical rope in the safety belt is a protective rope used for vertical up and down movement. It can be used with climbing self-locking device, woven and twisted. The safety belt must reach the specified tensile strength, and the diameter of the rope is between 16mm-18mm.

The exterior wall cleaning rope in the safety belt is divided into main rope and auxiliary rope. The main rope is used for hanging and cleaning the seat plate. The auxiliary rope, that is, the auxiliary rope, is used to prevent accidental falling. The diameter of the main rope is 18mm-20mm. The rope is required to be strong, not loose twist and high tensile strength. The diameter of auxiliary rope is 14mm-18mm, and the standard is the same as that of other ropes.
